Information You Provide to Us Directly

We may use the information we collect or receive about you for the following purposes:

  • To Provide You With Our Services – We use your information to provide you with the Services, including to process and fulfill your laundry orders, schedule pickups and deliveries, and complete payment transactions.
  • To Maintain, Improve, and Personalize the Services – We use your information for our everyday business operations such as administration of the Services, analytics, and improvement of our offerings. We also use your information to personalize your experience and content.
  • To Communicate with You – We use your information to communicate with you, including to send you order confirmations, service updates, and respond to your inquiries. We may also contact you with promotional offerings. Each marketing email will contain instructions permitting you to unsubscribe within ten (10) business days.
  • For Account and Network Security Purposes – We process your Personal Information, such as your device information and activity information, to combat spam, malware, malicious activities, or security risks, and to monitor and verify your identity so that unauthorized users do not gain access to your information.
  • To Maintain Legal and Regulatory Compliance – Our Services are subject to certain laws and regulations which may require us to process your Personal Information, including to fulfill our business obligations or as necessary to manage risk as required under applicable law.

Interest-Based Advertising

We (or our service providers) may use the information we collect, for example IP addresses and unique mobile device identifiers, to locate or try to locate the same unique users across multiple browsers or devices in order to better tailor content and features and provide you with a seamless experience across devices.

Do Not Track Signals

We do not support Do Not Track (“ DNT ”).

DNT is a preference you can set in your web browser to inform websites that you do not want to be tracked.

You can enable or disable DNT by visiting the Preferences or Settings page of your web browser.

Payments

We use third-party services for payment processing. We will not store or collect your payment card details.

That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors, whose use of your Personal Information is governed by their respective privacy policies.

All payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council.

Third-Party Sites and Services

Some of the functionality of our Services may be provided by third parties, and the Services may link to other third-party websites that are not controlled by Drift Laundry Co Inc. These third parties are not under our control and we are not responsible for their privacy policies or practices.

If you provide any Personal Information to any third party or through any such third-party website, we recommend that you familiarize yourself with the privacy policies and practices of that third party.

Children’s Privacy

Our Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 14. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 14. In the province of Quebec, the age of consent for the collection of personal information is 14 years.

If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected Personal Information from a child under 14, we will take steps to delete such information as soon as possible.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Policy on this page and updating the “effective date” at the top of this Policy.
